YOUNG, P.J. Jimmy Wayne Morgan appeals his conviction of Public Intoxication[Footnote 1] for which he was sentenced to one year in prison. Morgan claims the court erred in failing to adequately advise him of his right to counsel and in proceeding to trial without Morgan having the benefit of counsel. In addition he claims there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction. We reverse because the record does not indicate a knowing and intelligent waiver of Morgan's right to counsel; therefore we do not address the sufficiency of evidence issue.
